Section 1

Abbreviation, extension and initialization

(1) The name of this Act is “Water Vessel Registration Act, 2027”.
(2) This Act shall be applicable throughout Nepal ………… and shall apply to any vessel registered under this Act and to the owner, sailors and employees of such vessel, regardless of where it is located.
(3) This Act shall come into force immediately.
